Petersen Avenue transforms a sloped inner city site into a community of highly resolved town houses. Responding to desired views and sunlight resulted in a combination of both attached and detached residences. Different and distinct floor plans were composed to appeal to a wide variety of occupants. Each residence responds to its location within the site participating in city views, a northern exposure while maintaining privacy from one another.
