Located on a complicated corner lot this conceptual design achieves fifty one apartments over two parking levels. Capping the structure are two penthouse apartments as well as substantial sun drenched roof top terrace and plunge pool, for all residents to enjoy. Individual apartments were planned “big” with significant private balconies that combined with the living areas, create generous space that embrace the ocean views.
