Located in the Southport Priority Development Area this project provides a variety of apartment types which all take advantage of their park and river front setting. To compliment the apartment format communal areas were provided in the form of a gym, swimming pool and courtyard at the second level as well as a large rooftop deck incorporating multipurpose lounge areas and both covered and free to sky outdoor areas. Built in the garden precinct the structure is integrated with planting at the podium and on all elevations and features a six storey green wall to announce the building entry.
