64 Thomas Drive is a contemporary refurbishment and adaptive reuse of a dilapidated commercial building on Chevron Island. Through its distinct form, streamline sharks nose awning, articulated screening, and discreet signage, this building and site has been transformed to a sustainable business centre with a unique commercial identity. In recognition of this commercial example this project was awarded a Special Recognition at the Gold Coast City Council Urban Design Awards 2009.
